Changeling: Volume I - A Progression Fantasy Adventure

A Solo Leveling style progression fantasy where the MC transforms from a mana-less outcast to a monstrous, rift-raiding powerhouse. Coreless. Mana addict. Monster. Nestra comes from a powerful family of raiders; magic users who delve into portals, defeat monsters, and protect the Earth. But Nestra was born without a magic core. Cast aside, she's spent years clawing her way through the city's ranks to become an officer of MaxSec, a desperately underfunded peacekeeping force tasked with neutralising low-level rogue magic users and monsters. Despite her limitations, she's good with a sword. In fact, she's one of the best. But Nestra has a secret. An addiction to mana haunts her every waking moment, a hunger that draws her closer to the rifts she is forbidden to enter. When that need is finally satisfied, Nestra unlocks powers that make her a greater threat than the rift monsters themselves. Powers she can use to become what she has always wanted: a raider. So long as no one discovers what she really is A weak-to-strong, rift-raiding progression fantasy perfect for fans of Solo Leveling, Azarinth Healer, and Shadowrun. About the series: The series takes place in a dystopian future where dungeon-like rifts have beset the Earth. These rifts are portals that lead to monster-infested worlds filled with valuable loot and magical potential. Every rift monster Nestra defeats empowers a specific attribute, provides a resistance, or brings her closer to the next tier of power. Oh, and their mana-infused flesh also tastes pretty good on the grill! Follow Nestra as she discovers the true power of her monstrous heritage, transforming from a mere baseline human into an Apex predator like nothing her world has seen before.
