Silas may have won the crown... but now he has to keep it. Silas has done the impossible: he has overcome the gods of the Dragon Dungeon and claimed their powers for his own. But the Dungeon is a wild and fractured place, and it does not take kindly to a single master. In the shadows, a rebellion is festering... and with the goddess Patience gone, the feral dragons she left behind are growing ever more unhinged. If that weren't enough to deal with, Silas must also survive a mystery assassin and track down a portal into the deeper world of the Virtues. Once there, he finds that the Virtues haven't forgotten the blood on his hands. Even worse, they believe Silas will bring the end of the Dragon Dungeon as they know it. To defeat him, the Virtues are prepared to do anything... even if it means unleashing a final, cataclysmic threat that could erase everything Silas has built—and kill everyone that he's ever loved.
