What if a sexy superhero in a skin-tight costume needed YOUR help? When Dan Strung is mugged in a dark alley late one night, he's rescued by a beautiful woman wearing a superhero costume! She's clearly a great fighter who saves his butt, yet he's not convinced she has the incredible powers she claims... especially as she can't demonstrate her abilities right now thanks to a power-dampening electro-charge being emitted across the city by a criminal mastermind named Lady Arc.
